Sierra's Brick Oven Pizza

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I had cole slaw, a meatball, and a pepperoni pizza. The cole slaw was nice but maybe lacking a little in flavor. The meatball was very nice, great texture and flavor with a great marinara. The pizza was excellent, nice crust, great sauce, perfect blend of cheese sauce and pepperoni for outstanding flavor. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.6.

i ordered my pizza on the phone and the person who answered the phone gave me the name veronica. veronica was so sweet and polite when i walked in and i really needed that because i was having a dreadful day. she handed me my pizza with so much joy, she seemed ecstatic to be there. she seemed even more excited to be feeding my hunger. veronica made my experience at sierras fantastic!! i definitely recommend.

Hate leaving 5 stars but this place is great the pizza is amazing the staff is wonderful wish I could say more but definitely try the Benjamin Franklin,meat lovers,pats ways and the buffalo pizza the wings were great too just wish there was more flavors even if they offered a dry rub

Stopped in for a bite to eat! I rarely leave reviews, but here I am all the way back in NY and thinking of Sierras! We ordered a cheese pizza and Turkey sub. We were visiting from NY, and this is quite honestly the best pizza we have had in years!!! SO GOOD!!! Had the Turkey sub the next day with the thick cut chips I think they are called, or something similar- AGAIN, SO GOOD! Thick cut Turkey, fresh toppings (veggies,) I was shocked. Chips were AMAZING! It’s so rare to find a pizza shop that blows you away. Sierra’s did!!! Also, the staff were so unbelievably kind. Just such a pleasant surprise after a long, long day of traveling. A spotless restaurant too. Pictures do not do the food and experience justice! Wish I got a picture of the sub!

I ordered my pizza and was thrilled with the service. This girl who handed me my pizza was so polite and so kind to me asking me how I was and to enjoy my pizza. I will 100 percent be returning, mostly for the hope that the girl at the desk is working lol. Any bad review for this restaurant is false. BEST SATURDAY MORNING EVA

The bar seating, where I chose to enjoy my meal, provided a fantastic view of the outdoor dining area and the serene pond beyond. It was a great spot to unwind and appreciate the restaurant's surroundings. For dinner, I ordered the bolognese, and I must say, it did not disappoint. The portion size was incredibly generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant fully satisfied. Alongside the main course, I was pleasantly surprised to find a fresh garden salad. The Italian dressing was skillfully mixed, complementing the flavors of the salad perfectly. What impressed me most about this restaurant, besides the delectable food, was the excellent service. The staff was attentive and accommodating throughout my meal. The chef even took the time to visit my table, concerned that I might not be enjoying my dinner due to my slow pace. It was a delightful gesture that made me feel valued as a customer. I assured her that the meal was absolutely delicious, and I simply wanted to savor every bite and take my time. To my surprise, the bill presented another pleasant surprise—the price for the dinner and my double Grey Goose was shockingly low. This added to the overall satisfaction of the experience, as it demonstrated that this restaurant values its customers by providing exceptional quality at an affordable price. From start to finish, this restaurant proved to be a delightful dining experience. The combination of terrific hours of service, a convenient location, generous portions, fresh and flavorful dishes, an inviting ambiance, and attentive staff made for an exceptional visit. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a memorable culinary adventure.

They have great pizza. We had loco Mexican. It was absolutely great. And we'll be back for another pizza night

Wanted brick oven pizza and went here and wasn't disappointed. Will absolutely go back. ONLY gripe is dough is a little tough but over all one of the better pizzas you'll get around Franklin/Medway area. Chicken parm was amazing too
